Lakeside Legacies

Publication Design 

Lakeside Legacies is a publication about the lives of families living on Big Star Lake. It is designed to be a monthly subscription publication that lake residents could receive. The publication is laid out in an interview style to keep it authentic to the story and the family’s memories. By telling the stories this way, the goal is to bring similar lakeside memories back to the reader. The simple layout with small added design elements is meant to focus the reader on the images and the legacies being told. Postcards at the end of the publication are a keepsake for the reader and a way for them to share their memories with friends and family.
